The Air Purification Systems segment develops and retails commercial and consumer indoor air quality equipment under the proprietary Eindec and KYODO brand names. The Intelligent Engineering Solutions segment delivers artificial intelligence of things (AIoT) monitoring platforms; AI-driven building automation and predictive maintenance services; and modular data center infrastructure solutions targeted at high-specification environments such as data centers, semiconductor fabrication plants, and healthcare facilities. The Other Operations segment includes the distribution of cooling towers, e-commerce activities, and the trading and distribution of agricultural commodities, including grains and livestock feed. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Singapore, Eindec Corporation Limited operates as a subsidiary of Weiye Holdings Limited, maintaining operational facilities and commercial presence across Singapore, Malaysia, the People's Republic of China, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India. In recent corporate developments, the group initiated a major strategic expansion into AI-driven smart engineering and green infrastructure solutions, incorporating two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Eindec Smart Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia and Eintech Digital Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, in December 2025. In August 2025, the company completed the disposal of its 100% equity stake in Eindec (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to Boconomics Private Limited to optimize its regional asset portfolio.
