- TSH Resources Berhad, an investment holding company incorporated in 1979 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, primarily engages in oil palm cultivation, processing and refining; forest plantation and downstream wood products manufacturing including engineered hardwood flooring; cocoa products manufacturing, selling and trading; and renewable energy generation from biomass and biogas plants. The group operates approximately 39,000 hectares of oil palm plantations, comprising 3,000 hectares in Sabah, Malaysia, and 36,000 hectares in Kalimantan and Sumatera, Indonesia, supported by five palm oil mills (one in Sabah and two each in those Indonesian regions), a joint venture palm oil refinery and palm kernel crushing facility in Sabah with Wilmar International Group, and biomass/biogas power plants in Sabah supplying green electricity to the grid under power purchase agreements with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd; it maintains sustainability certifications under Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil and Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil frameworks, a No Deforestation pledge and Zero Burning Policy, with full traceability of crude palm oil and palm kernel to mills and fresh fruit bunches to plantations. Geographically, operations span Malaysia, Indonesia, the United States, Southwest Pacific and other international markets, targeting palm oil buyers, wood product distributors, cocoa traders and energy utilities. Recent developments include the completion of an acquisition of oil palm plantation land from Sharikat Keratong Sendirian Berhad for MYR 76 million, expansion of planted oil palm area toward 47,000-50,000 hectares over the next 2-3 years using existing land bank post-divestments, ongoing share buy-back programs with multiple executions in 2025 including on November 28, strong financial performance with FY24 core net profit up 69% year-on-year driven by higher fresh fruit bunch yields and crude palm oil/palm kernel prices, and a secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange's Main Board.
