D'Ieteren Group SA (SIEVF) is a diversified investment holding company that builds a portfolio of market-leading businesses focused on reinventing industries, primarily in automotive distribution, vehicle glass repair and replacement, spare parts distribution, and consumer lifestyle products; it operates through key segments including D'Ieteren Automotive, Belron, Parts Holding Europe (PHE), Thermote & Vanhalst (TVH), and Moleskine. D'Ieteren Automotive imports and distributes Volkswagen Group brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra, Skoda, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Maserati in Belgium, complemented by maintenance, repair, financing, leasing, used vehicle sales, and electric mobility solutions including charging stations via EDI; Belron, 94.85%-owned, provides vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration under brands like Carglass, Autoglass, and Safelite across 35 countries with 2,400 branches and 8,600 mobile units; PHE distributes independent aftermarket spare parts for light and heavy vehicles in Western Europe, covering France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, and Spain; TVH, 40%-owned, supplies aftermarket parts for material handling, construction & industrial, and agricultural equipment in 26 countries; and Moleskine offers premium notebooks, planners, writing instruments, bags, reading accessories, and smart writing systems through wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and partnerships. Founded in 1805 and headquartered at Rue du Mail 50 in Brussels, Belgium, the group serves consumer, business, and industrial customers primarily in Europe, North America, and select rest-of-world markets. Recent developments include Belron's acquisitions netting €27.6m in H1 2025, notably in the US and Ireland, alongside a successful repricing of USD term loans in July 2025; PHE's purchases of Top Part in Ireland and AD Freco in Spain; full repayment of the €500m bridge loan at corporate level; distribution of significant dividends from subsidiaries including €400m from D'Ieteren Automotive and €210.7m from Belron; and a leadership change at TVH with CEO Dominiek Valcke's departure in August 2025, amid confirmation of FY 2025 guidance showing operational resilience despite softer markets.
