Business
Silver Valley Metals Corp. (TSXV:SILV) is an exploration-stage junior mining company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties containing gold, silver, lithium, potash, zinc, and lead deposits in Tier-1 jurisdictions including Finland, Mexico, and the United States. The company holds 100% ownership of the Leilipalo and Pasto gold projects located in underexplored greenstone belts in Finland featuring near-surface mineralization, historic drill intercepts, and open structural targets; the flagship Mexi-Can Project, a potassium-lithium salar complex spanning 4,056 hectares across three concessions in Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi, Mexico, with an NI 43-101 inferred resource of 12.3 million tonnes of sulfate of potash (SOP) and 243,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) from surface to five metres depth, remaining open for expansion with additional deep brine potential; and equity and royalty interests in the Ranger-Page silver-zinc-lead project in Idaho's Silver Valley mining district, USA, comprising six historic high-grade mines open at depth and along strike. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Silver Valley Metals targets battery metals, precious metals, and fertilizer markets through brownfield exploration opportunities in mining-friendly regions. Recent strategic developments include the August 2025 announcement of a definitive agreement to acquire 100% ownership of the Leilipalo and Pasto gold projects in Finland to expand its precious metals portfolio; the July 2025 recommencement of exploration at the Mexi-Can Project following the sale of the Ranger-Page Project to Silver Dollar Resources Inc. in August 2024 for consideration relieving approximately $2.4 million in obligations and retaining net smelter royalties; and a prior share consolidation to strengthen its capital structure for discovery-focused growth.
