ETF Opportunities Trust – T-REX 2X Long SMR Daily Target ETF is a U.S.-listed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the daily performance of NuScale Power Corp. common stock (NYSE: SMR). Trading under the ticker SMUP, the fund provides leveraged, single-stock exposure for investors and traders seeking tactical participation in daily movements in NuScale Power, a developer of small modular nuclear-reactor technology. The fund pursues its objective through financial instruments designed to deliver leveraged exposure to SMR, including total return swap agreements and other derivatives, and may hold cash, U.S. government securities, money-market instruments, and short-term debt securities as collateral or for liquidity management. It is designed for daily, rather than long-term, performance objectives; returns over periods longer than one trading day can differ materially from twice the cumulative return of SMR because of daily rebalancing and compounding. The fund is offered through ETF Opportunities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust established in 2019 and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and is part of the T-REX leveraged and inverse ETF platform co-developed by REX Shares LLC and Tuttle Capital Management LLC. The fund principally serves U.S. retail and institutional investors, active traders, financial advisers, and authorized participants through exchange-traded shares listed on Cboe BZX Exchange. Recent corporate actions include the rescission in January 2026 of a previously approved 1-for-10 reverse share split and the subsequent execution of a 1-for-25 reverse share split, effective after the close of trading on April 7, 2026, with trading on a split-adjusted basis beginning April 8, 2026; the action also resulted in a CUSIP change from 26923Q622 to 26923V621.
