DBX ETF Trust – Xtrackers S&P 500 Diversified Sector Weight ETF is a non-diversified, exchange-traded fund launched on July 23, 2025, that seeks investment results corresponding generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Diversified Sector Weight Index. The Fund provides U.S. large-cap equity exposure through investments in constituents of the S&P 500, using a rules-based, diversified-sector weighting methodology rather than conventional market-capitalization weighting. Its investment offering comprises exposure to companies operating across eight economically defined sectors, including consumer, healthcare, financials, industrials, technology, communications, energy, utilities and related business activities; constituent companies may be allocated across multiple sectors according to their underlying revenue-generating activities. The strategy uses S&P Global’s equal-weight sector methodology and Syntax’s Functional Information System sector taxonomy to reduce potential single-security and sector-concentration risk relative to traditional capitalization-weighted S&P 500 strategies; the Fund carries a 0.09% expense ratio. SPXD is advised by DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc. and is part of the Xtrackers ETF platform of DWS Group, a global asset-management organization headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The Fund primarily serves U.S. retail and institutional investors seeking diversified exposure to U.S. large-cap equities through a single exchange-traded vehicle listed on Nasdaq under the ticker SPXD. The principal recent development was its July 2025 launch by DWS, which expanded the Xtrackers U.S. rules-based ETF range with a sector-diversification strategy designed to address increased concentration in large-cap U.S. equity benchmarks; the Fund remains an active series of DBX ETF Trust.
