Twin Oak Endure ETF (Cboe BZX: SPYA) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund, organized as a series of The RBB Fund Trust, that seeks total return through investments primarily in U.S. equity securities. The Fund invests across small-, mid- and large-capitalization companies through common stocks, preferred stocks, exchange-traded funds, including affiliated Twin Oak ETFs, and synthetic exposures obtained through derivatives; it also employs a portfolio-hedging strategy using options contracts, swaps and other derivatives. SPYA principally targets U.S. issuers and does not invest in foreign or emerging-market securities as part of its principal investment strategy. Its investment process combines bottom-up fundamental security and asset-class research with top-down portfolio construction, risk management and hedging. The Fund may invest in the affiliated Twin Oak Short Horizon Absolute Return ETF and may obtain exposure to fixed-income investments through derivatives or underlying ETFs. Twin Oak ETF Company serves as investment adviser and is a Delaware-based, SEC-registered investment adviser majority owned by Twin Oak Holdings LP; the adviser is headquartered at 888 Worcester Street, Suite 200, Wellesley, Massachusetts. The Fund commenced investment operations and began trading on Cboe BZX on June 2, 2025. As a recent strategic development, SPYA was launched as Twin Oak’s actively managed total-return and hedged-equity ETF offering, expanding the firm’s ETF lineup beyond its Short Horizon Absolute Return strategy. Twin Oak has contractually agreed to reduce SPYA’s management fee from 0.75% to 0.49% of average daily net assets through at least December 31, 2026, resulting in stated total net annual expenses of 0.54%; total annual expenses before contractual waivers are 0.80%.
