Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Long SPY Quarterly ETF is a U.S.-listed, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks, before fees and expenses, investment results corresponding to 200% of the calendar-quarter performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY). Trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SPYQ, the fund provides leveraged, long exposure to SPY, which offers broad exposure to large-capitalization U.S. equities. The fund is a series of Investment Managers Series Trust II and is offered under the Tradr ETFs brand. It was established on September 30, 2024, and commenced trading on October 1, 2024. Investment Managers Series Trust II is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The fund principally invests in SPY shares and enters into equity swap agreements with financial-institution counterparties to obtain its targeted leveraged exposure; it may also hold cash and other assets as collateral. SPYQ targets its 2x exposure over a full calendar quarter rather than on a daily basis and rebalances at quarter-end, although it may rebalance earlier following material adverse market movements. As of March 31, 2026, the portfolio held SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust shares and maintained equity swap agreements referencing SPY with Clear Street, TD Cowen and Wells Fargo. Recent operational developments include the fund’s inclusion in Tradr ETFs’ expanding lineup of leveraged and inverse ETFs, with the sponsor continuing to introduce new leveraged single-stock and thematic products during 2026.
