PGIM Select Real Estate Fund Class Z (SREZX) is an open-end mutual fund that seeks capital appreciation and income through investments primarily in equity and equity-related securities of real estate companies, principally real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate operating companies; it normally invests at least 80% of its investable assets in such securities, focusing on approximately 30 to 50 holdings where portfolio managers hold high conviction for growth and income potential. The fund emphasizes diversified exposure across real estate sectors including diversified properties, industrial, storage, healthcare, apartments, data centers, office space, retail, free-standing properties and strip centers; top holdings as of recent data include Welltower Inc.
