- SRQ Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, evaluation and advancement of nickel, copper and platinum-group-element mineral prospects in Québec, Canada. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping; geophysical and geochemical surveys; mineral-rights acquisition and management; diamond drilling; mineralogical and petrological analysis; target generation; and early-stage assessment of base- and critical-metal deposits. Its principal asset is the 100%-owned Lac Brulé property in Québec, which hosts prospective ultramafic and intrusive magmatic complexes and is being explored for nickel-copper mineralization and associated platinum-group elements. SRQ also holds the Lac Brennan project, comprising 42 mining claims covering approximately 24.8 square kilometres in Québec, where it holds exploration authorization for drilling and related field activities. The Company serves prospective downstream mining, metals and critical-minerals supply-chain markets through the delineation of exploration-stage mineral resources rather than commercial mineral production. SRQ Resources was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Mount Royal, Québec, Canada. The Company was formerly known as Sama Resources Québec Inc. and adopted the SRQ Resources Inc. name in May 2023; it subsequently completed a spinout arrangement with Sama Resources Inc. in August 2023 and began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SRQ. Recent developments include the March 2025 closing of a non-brokered private placement that generated gross proceeds of approximately CAD2.37 million through the issuance of common and flow-through shares; restoration in January 2025 of mining rights underlying a biological refuge at the Target 900 area of Lac Brulé pursuant to an agreement with Québec’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests; receipt of the ATI-7 exploration-impact authorization for the Lac Brennan project in April 2025; and commencement in June 2025 of a 4,000-metre diamond-drilling program at Target 900 on Lac Brulé. During 2025, SRQ reported intersecting the intrusive magmatic complex at Target 900, identifying additional prospective geophysical targets and delineating a new mineralized zone through drilling and geophysical work. In June 2026, shareholders elected the Company’s six board nominees and approved an amended and restated omnibus equity incentive plan that increases the common shares reserved for issuance under the plan from 4,395,368 to 9,219,130, subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
