Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Nanjing, China, Micro-Tech operates globally with subsidiaries and sales channels in Europe (including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and the UK), North America (USA), Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong and other regions across approximately 90 countries, serving hospitals and clinics with high-quality, innovative solutions to advance patient care and reduce costs. In May 2025, the company inaugurated a new 120,000-square-meter manufacturing campus in Nanjing Biotech and Pharmaceutical Valley, enhancing production capacity, product quality and global competitiveness through advanced facilities for manufacturing, warehousing and R&D. Micro-Tech recently completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Creo Medical Europe (Creo Medical SLU) from Creo Medical Group plc in early 2025, bolstering its European presence, balance sheet with €30 million in proceeds for its partner and opening collaborative opportunities in medical device innovation. The company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market in 2019 (ticker: 688029.SS) and maintains leadership in China as the largest producer of non-vascular stents and disposable biopsy forceps, holding over 50% domestic market share in key categories.
