Business
MLOPTIC Corp. Class A is a China-based precision optics and optoelectronic systems manufacturer that designs, develops, and produces high-precision optical components, advanced optical assemblies, and specialized optical inspection instruments. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Nanjing, China, the company serves technology-driven global markets across four primary application sectors: semiconductor equipment, life sciences and medical diagnostics, augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) consumer electronics, and aerospace and industrial metrology. MLOPTIC Corp. maintains extensive research, design, and manufacturing facilities in China, supported by international sales, engineering, and manufacturing subsidiaries across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, including operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Thailand. The company provides an extensive portfolio of precision optical products and customized engineering solutions, structured into: precision optical components, including high-precision spherical lenses, aspherical lenses, cylindrical lenses, optical prisms, precision mirrors, optical filters, beam splitters, diffraction gratings, and custom optical thin-film coatings; precision optical lens assemblies and sub-systems, comprising deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography optical components, semiconductor wafer and mask defect inspection lens units, gene sequencing optical engines, fluorescence microscopy objectives, flow cytometry optical modules, LiDAR projection and detection optics, and head-up display (HUD) projection units; optical inspection and testing instruments, featuring AR/VR near-eye display test systems, optical waveguide inspection devices, laser interferometers, optical surface profiling equipment, modulation transfer function (MTF) measurement systems, and integrated opto-mechanical-electronic inspection platforms; and custom optical engineering and contract manufacturing services, encompassing optical system design, ultra-precision polishing, thin-film coating deposition, opto-mechanical alignment and cleanroom assembly, and comprehensive metrology testing for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In recent developments, MLOPTIC Corp. completed its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market, utilizing proceeds to accelerate research and development in high-end optical fabrication and to expand automated production capacity. The company expanded its global operating footprint by establishing and scaling an overseas manufacturing facility in Thailand to enhance supply chain resilience and better serve international semiconductor and life science clients. MLOPTIC Corp. has also introduced new product lines, including specialized optical testing solutions for Micro-OLED and Micro-LED displays used in next-generation spatial computing and AR/VR devices, as well as advanced projection and illumination optical modules for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In addition, the company has deepened strategic supply partnerships with global genetic sequencing instrument makers and domestic semiconductor equipment vendors, while constructing advanced cleanroom facilities and precision manufacturing centers at its primary headquarters campus in Nanjing.
