Sprout Tiny Homes, Inc. (STHI) designs, develops, manufactures and sells high-performance tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), eco-homes, modular manufactured homes and workforce housing units; offers consulting and custom design services focused on energy-efficient HVAC systems, high indoor air quality technology, low or no VOC finishes, zero energy ready and chemical-free interiors; and produces tiny homes on wheels ranging from 135 to 300 square feet as well as larger foundation-based eco-homes from 450 to over 900 square feet. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with operations in Colorado including La Junta and prior facilities in Longmont and Goodyear, Arizona, the company targets individual buyers, real estate developers and sustainable living communities in the U.S. residential construction sector. Formerly known as RG America, Inc., it changed its name to Sprout Tiny Homes, Inc. in April 2015; completed the acquisition of Pure Zero Construction, LLC in 2021 to expand into single-family homes and townhomes; relocated its executive office and vacated its 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility in September 2020; and maintains a workforce of approximately 37 employees as a DOE Zero Ready Home Partner emphasizing innovation in net zero builds.
