Bohus operates with an extensive portfolio of proprietary and third-party licensed brands, featuring exclusive product lines such as Signature Collection by Halvor Bakke, Nordic, and Bohus Exclusive, alongside established Nordic bedding and furniture brands including Jensen, Wonderland, Formfin, Sits, and Ekornes. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Bohus ASA caters primarily to residential consumers and commercial contract clients through a nationwide network of department-style superstores, regional showrooms, and an integrated digital e-commerce platform across Norway. In recent operational developments, Bohus ASA has accelerated its omnichannel retail transformation by upgrading its digital commerce infrastructure, introducing interactive 3D virtual room-planning tools, and expanding click-and-collect fulfillment capabilities across its physical store footprint. The company has also modernized its central logistics and warehouse network through automated inventory management systems and strategic distribution partnerships to optimize delivery lead times and reduce supply chain emissions. Furthermore, Bohus has broadened its strategic design alliances, expanded its certified sustainable and eco-labeled furniture collections, and implemented circular economy initiatives, including pre-owned furniture trade-in, repair, and recycling programs across select store locations.
