Recent developments include aggressive expansion with 27 new warehouses opened in fiscal year 2025, including relocations in Canada, the 20th location in Korea, and the second in Sweden, alongside plans for 35 additional openings in fiscal 2026; the launch of over 30 new Kirkland Signature items such as grass-fed beef sticks, organic extra firm tofu, lager, vodka and soda, and improved diapers; a partnership with Novo Nordisk to offer GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Wegovy at fixed monthly costs; increased emphasis on Kirkland Signature to offset tariff impacts and enhance value; and a quarterly dividend increase to $1.30 per share effective May 2025.
