Business
CDON AB (CDON.ST) operates the leading Nordic online marketplaces CDON and Fyndiq, enabling external merchants to sell a broad range of products to consumers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and other Nordic countries; the platforms offer categories including consumer electronics, home goods, media such as movies and music, books, games, sports and leisure items, clothing, shoes, toys, child and baby products, construction supplies, animal accessories, party goods, vehicles and parts, business and industry products, and crafts. CDON Marketplace generates revenue from third-party sellers and related services like technical support for pricing, product enrichment, integrations, reporting and analysis, while CDON Retail handles direct sales via its own warehouse or dropshipment. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, with additional operations in Stockholm, the company serves over 2 million customers through more than 1,500 retailers on CDON and 15 million products from over 1,000 retailers on Fyndiq, employing around 70 people and focusing on data-driven e-commerce innovation in marketing, sales and logistics. In 2023, CDON AB acquired Fyndiq, integrating the discount-focused platform to combine technical expertise, infrastructure and customer reach for enhanced merchant and consumer offerings; recent Q3 2025 results show a return to growth in gross merchandise value and EBITA amid Nordic expansion and technology investments, with ongoing strategic shifts toward sustainable profitability.
