In its services operations, Cynca Nordic AB delivers specialized technical and structural contracting services, including commercial and residential electrical installations; technical and industrial insulation; courtyard and basement waterproofing and groundwork renovation; HVAC and climate control maintenance; and specialized structural concrete restoration utilizing proprietary and standardized methods such as the Spannbalk system and the Redurite method. In recent corporate developments, the company executed a comprehensive strategic realignment and corporate rebranding, formally changing its name from Vestum AB (publ) to Cynca Nordic AB (publ) in July 2026 with a corresponding ticker update to CYNCA on Nasdaq Stockholm. In September 2026, the group completed the divestment of its Flow Technology business—operating under Flowa Technology AB and encompassing water infrastructure assets—to private equity firm Nordic Capital for SEK 6.5 billion. This transaction established a debt-free capital structure and repositioned the group to focus on organic growth and selective, value-accretive bolt-on acquisitions in specialized Nordic industrial and construction niches. Concurrently, in September 2026, the company completed a 1:10 reverse share split to consolidate its outstanding share capital.
