Business
Momentum Group AB (publ) operates as an industrial holding company specializing in sustainable industrial components, industrial services, and related solutions primarily in the Nordic region. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, the company’s business is organized into two main segments: Components and Services. The Components segment, through its subsidiary Momentum Industrials AB, supplies industrial components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, linear technology, power transmission, process valves, measuring instruments, pumps, and flow technology to industrial OEMs and aftermarket customers in Sweden and Norway. The Services segment includes electromechanical workshops under Rorick Elektriska Verkstad Aktiebolag that provide service, repairs, and conversions for electric motors, generators, transformers, pumps, and flexible automation solutions. Momentum Group also offers industrial supplies including tools, fasteners, and personal protection equipment alongside consulting, training, assembly, and calibration services. In recent developments from 2023 to 2025, Momentum Group has pursued an active acquisition strategy to strengthen its market position and expand its service and product portfolio. Key acquisitions include KmK Instrument (measurement technology and non-destructive testing), Sikama AB (gas and fluid handling), ZRS Testing Systems AB (material testing and calibration), WH-Service (rotating equipment services), and Minrox (flow technology for abrasive environments). These acquisitions collectively add approximately SEK 250 million in annual revenue and bolster Momentum’s capabilities in industrial and infrastructure sectors. The Group has reported consistent revenue growth—7 percent increase in Q3 2025—and improvements in EBITA, driven by acquisition contributions and cost management despite cautious market demand. Momentum Group has also restructured internally by splitting its business into Industry and Infrastructure areas as of 2024 to better focus operations. The company continues to emphasize sustainability as a core aspect of its industrial solutions and targets significant EBITA growth over the next five years. Momentum Group serves a diverse customer base across the industrial sector in the Nordic region, delivering tailored component supplies, technical services, and system solutions critical for production equipment and industrial infrastructure. The Group operates through decentralized profit centers with active ownership in its portfolio companies to drive long-term value creation. Momentum Group’s vision is to be the preferred partner for industrial customers by leveraging its technical expertise in selected niche markets and improving operational efficiency in its businesses. The company remains publicly traded on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker MMGR-B.ST, maintaining a strong focus on earnings growth, profitability, and strategic expansion through acquisitions and operational excellence.
