STORE Capital Corporation (STOR), an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and founded in 2011, acquires, invests in and manages single tenant operational real estate (STORE properties) across the service, retail and manufacturing sectors of the U.S. economy; the company provides tailored sale-leaseback financing, Master Funding Solutions and long-term net-lease capital solutions to middle-market operators of profit-center properties including restaurants, metal fabrication facilities, early childhood education centers, automotive repair and maintenance shops and health clubs, with a diversified portfolio of approximately 3,300 properties across 49 states valued at around $15 billion to $16.8 billion. In 2023, GIC and Oak Street Real Estate Capital, a division of Blue Owl Capital, completed a $15 billion all-cash acquisition of STORE Capital for $32.25 per share, providing long-term capital to support ongoing growth and financing solutions while delisting it from the NYSE; recent activities include the closing of a $625 million securitization in September 2025 at 5.06% and portfolio expansion maintaining investments in over 3,500 properties.
