The transaction involved a conversion ratio of 1.55574011 for former AXS shareholders and marked a key strategic consolidation in the ESG ETF space. Stance Sustainable Beta ETF operates within the asset management industry, targeting environmentally and socially conscious investors seeking fossil fuel-free large-cap equity exposure.
