Recent developments include the May 2023 acquisition of shares in picon, Inc., operator of conversation AI service AI Chat-kun; the December 2023 launch of social network service mixi2; the September 2024 acquisition of shares in PointsBet Holdings Limited; the completion of large-scale multipurpose arena LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY in April 2022 serving as home to Chiba Jets; and the March 2022 relocation of headquarters to Shibuya Scramble Square.
