- Stallion Uranium Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, evaluation and exploration of uranium mineral properties, principally in the southwestern Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company’s principal activities include geological mapping and modeling; airborne and ground geophysical surveys, including VTEM, MobileMT, electromagnetic and gravity surveys; diamond drilling; target generation and refinement; mineral-property acquisition and joint-venture management. Its uranium exploration portfolio comprises the flagship Moonlite Project, including the actively explored Coyote Corridor and Stone Island target, as well as the Borderline, Bronco, Coffer, Amarillo Sky and Upper Mirror River projects. The Company controls a 174,422-hectare land package in the southwestern Athabasca Basin, comprising wholly owned claims and claims held through a joint venture or option arrangements with Atha Energy Corp.; its exploration strategy targets unconformity-related uranium mineralization through integrated geophysical interpretation and drilling. Stallion also holds interests in the Horse Heaven gold and antimony project in Idaho, United States, under a definitive option agreement, reflecting its exposure to precious-metals and critical-minerals exploration. Stallion Uranium was incorporated on November 7, 2011, is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and was formerly known as Stallion Discoveries Corp., having adopted its current name in October 2023. In recent developments, the Company commenced its 2026 Moonlite winter drilling campaign in February 2026 in collaboration with Atha Energy, completed airborne VTEM and ground-gravity work to identify and prioritize additional drill targets, and expanded its Coyote drilling program from 5,500 metres to approximately 6,750 metres following elevated radioactivity intersections. In September 2026, it reported completion of ground-gravity surveying that identified three additional priority target areas at Stone Island. The Company also completed a private placement, including flow-through financing, in December 2025 to fund qualifying Canadian exploration expenditures on its Athabasca Basin uranium properties through 2026.
