Switch recently expands its financing strategy with $3.5 billion in asset-backed securities issuances since 2024, including a $659 million fourth ABS offering in October 2025 rated up to AAA and dedicated to new development; it retires $6.5 billion in bank debt in July 2025 and raises $20 billion in credit facilities since 2024 through sustainable structures. The company forms a landmark strategic relationship with Oklo in December 2024 for 12 gigawatts of advanced nuclear power and expands its partnership with Schneider Electric via a $1.9 billion supply agreement in November 2025 for AI factory cooling using Uniflair chillers. Switch advances its AI capabilities with EVO AI Factories featuring exascale power, digital twin modeling and scalability for NVIDIA GPU roadmaps; it also grows its enterprise ABS platform to cover 10 data centers serving nearly 500 customers, with over 70% investment-grade revenue.
