- Sylla Gold Corp. is a Canadian junior gold exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold mineral properties in West Africa. The Company’s principal asset is the 17,200-hectare Niaouleni Gold Project in the Koulikoro Region of southwestern Mali, within the Birimian Greenstone Belt and the emerging Sanankoro-Kobada-Niaouleni gold corridor. Its exploration portfolio comprises the Deguefarakole licence, containing the Niaouleni South, Libre Plateau, Kankou Moussa and Goingoindougou prospects; the Niaouleni West property; the Samaya South property; and the Sananfara property. Sylla Gold’s activities include geological mapping and modelling; geochemical soil and termite-mound sampling; target generation; reverse-circulation drilling; exploration licence renewal and permitting; property-option administration; and evaluation of prospective gold mineralization. The Company’s exploration work is focused on structurally controlled gold targets and the expansion and delineation of mineralized trends within its Mali land package; it has not established or disclosed a mineral-resource or mineral-reserve estimate for the Niaouleni Gold Project. In June 2026, Sylla Gold completed preliminary geological modelling across a 4.2-kilometre gold corridor covering four prospects within the 9,200-hectare Deguefarakole permit. In March 2026, the Company exercised options to acquire 100% interests in the Niaouleni West and Samaya South properties, following the prior exercise of the Deguefarakole option, and continued to pursue consolidation of the remaining Sananfara property. In February 2026, Sylla Gold completed a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement of 46.0 million units at C$0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of C$2.3 million, with proceeds intended to fund Niaouleni exploration and permitting, Deguefarakole licence renewal, property-option exercises, working capital and general corporate purposes. Incorporated in 1986 and formerly known as Atlantic Industrial Minerals Incorporated until its April 2021 name change, Sylla Gold Corp. is headquartered in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada, and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SYG.
