Beijing LeiKe Defense Technology operates primarily in the defense electronics and aerospace sectors, serving military, government and civil markets with a focus on China and select international regions. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Beijing, China, the company maintains manufacturing and R&D facilities across key provinces including its original base in Jiangsu. In September 2023, Jiangsu Leike Defense Technology Co., Ltd. changed its name to Beijing LeiKe Defense Technology Co., Ltd. to reflect its expanded operations and strategic relocation of headquarters. Most recently, in November 2025, Beijing LeiKe Defense Technology signed an agreement to acquire an additional 24.4% stake in Yaoyun Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 120 million, enhancing its capabilities in advanced technology integration; the transaction received board approval and targets strengthening control over key subsidiaries in satellite and radar-related innovations. The company also pursues share buyback programs and institutional ownership adjustments to optimize capital structure amid ongoing defense sector expansions.
