Tamkeen Human Resources Company (1835.SR) provides labor recruitment, manpower supply, and human resources services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company operates through two primary segments, Corporate and Individual, offering permanent and contractual manpower solutions to diverse sectors including restaurants, food service, operations, maintenance, contracting, healthcare, retail, technology, and information systems; it also supplies labor for domestic workers such as housekeepers, chefs, private drivers, housemaids, and cleaners, along with hourly services and sponsorship transfer support. Tamkeen serves multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, public sector entities, and individual households, with all operations based in Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Riyadh on Northern Ring Road in the Al-Nafl District, the company employs approximately 275 people and holds a market share of around 4% in the Saudi manpower services sector. It maintains subsidiaries that extend capabilities into information technology and specialized contracting, enhancing its comprehensive HR outsourcing, recruitment, and consulting offerings. In recent developments, Tamkeen listed its shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in November 2024 following the completion of its initial public offering. Its subsidiary, Tamkeen Technologies, entered into an acquisition agreement in October 2024 with TasHeel Holding Group to acquire SolexPlus, a business process outsourcing firm, to expand digital services for call centers and strengthen its BPO capabilities. The company announced cash dividends for the first half of fiscal year 2025 in August 2025 and continues to pursue strategic expansions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, including growth in tourism, hospitality, logistics, and localization initiatives.
