Business
National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE), also known as Educa (4291.SR), owns, establishes, manages, and operates kindergarten, primary, middle, and secondary schools across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; it delivers education through the Saudi national curriculum and American international curriculum under the Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namouthajiyah Schools brand; the company invests in sports facilities, entertainment venues, and sports clubs tailored for school students. Its portfolio encompasses six operational campuses in Riyadh and Qassim under Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namouthajiyah Schools, alongside acquired entities including Al-Ghad Schools and Al-Khwarizmi Schools; educational complexes accommodate over 40,500 students with approximately 3,300 employees, featuring advanced classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and recreational amenities spanning more than 250,000 square meters. Founded in 1958 as the first private girls' school in Riyadh and headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, NCLE transformed into the Kingdom's inaugural closed joint-stock education company in 2002, later listing publicly on the Saudi Exchange. Recent developments include signing a land lease contract announced in June 2025 to support expansion, alongside ongoing construction of new complexes in Dhahran and two additional projects slated for student intake in 2024-2025; the company pursues further acquisitions, geographic expansion into all Saudi regions per strategic studies, and technology integration to align with Vision 2030's education goals.
