SEDCO Capital REIT Fund (4344.SR), a Shariah-compliant closed-ended real estate investment traded fund managed by SEDCO Capital, invests primarily in income-generating real estate assets in Saudi Arabia with up to 25% allocation possible outside the Kingdom to deliver regular rental income and potential capital appreciation to unitholders while distributing no less than 90% of net profits. The fund targets developed properties such as office complexes, hotel apartments, and residential compounds including assets in Riyadh's Al Maathar and Sulaymaniyah Districts and focuses on single-tenant and multi-tenant real estate across commercial, residential, and other sectors. Listed on the Saudi Exchange since May 2018 and headquartered at the South Tower of Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, it serves institutional and private investors seeking Shariah-compliant real estate exposure mainly within the Kingdom. In 2025, the fund signed a SAR 135 million agreement in July to acquire an office building financed through banking facilities and earlier in May entered two memorandums of understanding valued at SAR 650 million to purchase four office complexes in Riyadh subject to due diligence, both expected to positively impact portfolio performance and results.
