In recent developments, Arco Vara AS has concentrated its strategic focus on high-impact residential and mixed-use urban environments in Estonia, progressing major projects including the extensive historic Luther Quarter redevelopment, ongoing construction phases within the flagship Kodulahe Quarter, the Spordi residential development in Kristiine, and the Arcojärve master-planned lakeside district. To support its long-term project pipeline, the company successfully executed a 15 million euro public bond issuance on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, restructured its international presence by divesting a 25 percent equity interest and transferring operational project management of the Botanica Lozen residential project in Sofia to Bulgarian partner Kamaleo Invest OOD, monetized non-core leisure assets, and appointed Rait Riim as Chief Executive Officer.
