Business
Willy-Food Investments Ltd is an Israel-based importer, marketer, and distributor of kosher food products primarily in Israel and internationally. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Yavne, the company specializes in dry, chilled, and frozen categories, offering rice, canned fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, oils, pasta, noodles, nuts, cheese, butter, margarine, coffee whitener, tea, juices, canned fish, fresh dairy products, and bakery items; its products are marketed under the Willi-Food and Euro Dairy brands as well as exclusive international labels such as Completa Coffee whitener, Zanetti Cheese, Breda Butter, Nobleza Gaucha Yerba Mate Tea, and Arla Foods Dairy Products. It serves wholesalers, supermarket chains, mini-markets, food service, HoReCa, industrial markets, and the military, with exports to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Australia, and other countries. In partnership with over 200 suppliers from more than 30 countries, the company distributes over 600 diverse products through its logistics center in Yavne. Recent strategic moves include signing memorandums of understanding in 2024 to acquire control of Bikurei Hasadeh North, a fruit and vegetable importer, and Miki Food Industries, a fish and salads manufacturer, though these proposed transactions ultimately fell through.
