(TEND3.SA) operates as a leading Brazil-based construction and real estate development company focused on affordable housing under the Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) program, primarily targeting low- and middle-income families in brackets 1 and 2; it develops, constructs, and sells residential properties through its core Tenda brand offering traditional civil construction apartments and the Alea brand providing innovative off-site wood-frame industrialized housing assembled from factory-produced panels; additional services include real estate purchase and sale, general construction management, and intermediation of consortium shares.
