- Touchstone International Equity ETF (TLCI) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in large-cap, non-U.S. equity securities of high-quality, well-run companies trading at attractive valuations; it benchmarks against the MSCI EAFE Index and maintains a portfolio emphasizing industrials, information technology, consumer staples, financials, and consumer discretionary sectors, with top holdings including Nintendo Co Ltd, SAP SE, BAE Systems PLC, Compass Group PLC, and Safran SA. The fund, sub-advised by The London Company of Virginia and managed by TJ Carter, CFA, CPA since inception, allocates approximately 89.9% to equities in non-U.S. developed markets, 6.6% to U.S. equities, and 3.5% to cash equivalents, focusing on international diversification for financial professionals and investors. Launched on March 3, 2025, and listed on NYSE Arca, TLCI features a net expense ratio of 0.37%, annual distributions, and total net assets of $102.92 million as of September 30, 2025.
Touchstone Investments, an affiliate of Western & Southern Financial Group and advisor to the fund through Touchstone Advisors, Inc., distributes TLCI nationally via Touchstone Securities, Inc. and Foreside Fund Services LLC to broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, institutions, and other intermediaries in the United States.
In a major recent development, Touchstone Investments launched TLCI on March 5, 2025, as its first ETF sub-advised by The London Company, extending a longstanding relationship where the sub-advisor already manages three Touchstone mutual funds including the Small Cap, Mid Cap, and Large Cap Funds; this marked Touchstone's third ETF debut in 2025, following the Touchstone Sands Capital US Select Growth ETF (TSEL) in January and the Touchstone Sands Capital Emerging Markets Ex-China Growth ETF (TEMX) in February, expanding its actively managed ETF suite to 10 offerings across U.S. equity, international equity, income, and multi-asset classes.
