Thrivent ETF Trust – Thrivent Mid Cap Value ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital growth through investments primarily in equity securities of U.S. mid-capitalization companies perceived to be undervalued relative to their earnings, growth prospects, assets or other fundamental measures. The Fund uses fundamental research and bottom-up stock selection to construct a diversified portfolio across the value spectrum, with investments spanning sectors such as financial services, industrials, information technology, consumer cyclical, energy, utilities, real estate, health care, consumer defensive, basic materials and communication services; portfolio holdings may include common stocks, depositary receipts and other equity-related securities. The Fund is listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker TMVE and carries a 0.55% net annual fund operating expense ratio.

The Fund’s principal recent strategic change was its conversion from the Thrivent Mid Cap Value Fund, an affiliated open-end mutual fund strategy, into the exchange-traded fund format. The converted ETF began trading on NYSE Arca on November 17, 2025, expanding Thrivent’s ETF product lineup to five funds and providing the established mid-cap value investment strategy through an exchange-traded vehicle. The Fund’s prior strategy history dates to February 28, 2020, while its ETF inception and listing date is November 17, 2025.
