In February 2026, the Company completed the acquisition of 100% of 1560287 B.C. In July 2026, the Company entered into a definitive purchase-option agreement, through Metales de Chile SpA, to acquire a 100% interest in the Nueva Chañarcillo Silver Project in northern Chile and plans technical work, including airborne magnetic surveying and an initial diamond-drilling program targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026. In July 2026, it also changed its OTC Basic Market trading symbol from ARJNF to TOMXF. In September 2026, the Company applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to change its name to Trinity Silver Corp., reflecting its strategic focus on exploration and development of the Silver-1 and Nueva Chañarcillo silver projects; the proposed name change remains subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
