Founded in 1982 and headquartered at No. 168 Kai Yuan Road, Hsin Ying District, Tainan City, Taiwan, SYN-TECH operates primarily in the pharmaceuticals and biotech sector, serving markets in Taiwan, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and internationally with regulatory approvals from US FDA, PMDA, KFDA, and TFDA. The company provides contract manufacturing, custom synthesis, regulatory services, and quality control. In recent years, SYN-TECH agreed to acquire the API synthesis department of Standard Chemical from Standard Chem & Pharm Co., Ltd. for TWD 341 million in shares, with the spin-off tentatively rescheduled to July 1, 2022 pending shareholder approval. SYN-TECH participates in global industry events, including CPHI Japan in 2024 and 2025, and maintains US FDA-approved facilities for ongoing export growth.
