It also wholesales and retails livestock/poultry/fishery products, foods/groceries/feeds, electronic materials, building materials, furniture, cleaning supplies, cosmetics, computers/telecom equipment, and software; offers data processing, advertising, landscape design, leasing, and third-party payment services; and provides investment consulting. In 2024, the company held its first extraordinary shareholders' meeting on October 21 to elect three new independent directors—Chung-Yueh Lien, Cheng-Chen Yeh, and Yi-Chun Tuan—following resignations due to personal reasons, with terms until May 2027, and approved lifting non-competition restrictions for them. The Articles of Incorporation underwent their 31st amendment on May 24, 2024, expanding authorized capital to NT$3.5 billion while maintaining a broad business scope.
