In April 2025, the company completed an equity buyback program, repurchasing 1,700,000 shares representing 2.61% of its outstanding shares for TWD 50.76 million; it also reported third quarter 2025 earnings with a NT$0.34 loss per share and appointed Chang, Shun-Fu as a member of its audit committee effective June 18, 2025.
