- Tribeca Resources Corporation is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of copper-dominant mineral properties in Chile’s iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) belt and northern Chilean porphyry copper districts. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping and sampling; geophysical and geochemical surveying; drilling and resource delineation; metallurgical testing; property consolidation; and the evaluation and advancement of copper, gold and cobalt exploration targets. Its principal asset is the 100%-owned La Higuera IOCG Project in the Coquimbo Region, approximately 500 kilometres north of Santiago and 40 kilometres from La Serena, which includes the Gaby-Totito, Chirsposo and Chirsposo Sur target areas. La Higuera covers approximately 4,174 hectares of concessions and is prospective for IOCG-style copper-gold-cobalt mineralization. The Company also holds the Chiricuto property in Chile and a five-year option to acquire a 100% interest in the approximately 10,000-hectare Jiguata porphyry copper project in the Pica municipality of the Tarapacá Region, where it is targeting porphyry and high-sulphidation epithermal copper systems. Tribeca Resources serves mineral-sector investors and prospective mining-industry partners through the generation and advancement of exploration-stage copper project opportunities. Founded in 2020, the Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and operates in Chile through its local subsidiary and project-level interests. Recent developments include the October 2025 completion of an upsized C$6.5 million non-brokered private placement to fund work at La Higuera and initial exploration at Jiguata; the execution of a definitive five-year option agreement in October 2025, approved by the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2025, for the potential acquisition of Jiguata; the May 2026 acceleration of the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Gaby-Totito concessions, giving the Company full ownership across its flagship La Higuera project; and the completion of pre-drilling fieldwork at Jiguata in July 2026, which identified a potential district-scale porphyry-epithermal cluster and supports planning for the property’s maiden drilling program.
