SpiderPlus & Co. (4192.T) develops and provides construction technology applications and engineering services primarily in Japan. The company offers SPIDERPLUS, a SaaS platform for architectural drawing management, site management, photo management, electronic blackboards, document viewing, and report generation using tablets and smartphones to enable paperless operations and productivity improvements in the construction industry; it integrates with inspection equipment for automatic data capture, supports 360-degree cameras, and facilitates cloud-based information sharing for general construction, electrical, and air conditioning sectors. The Engineering segment provides thermal insulation works including Armaflex for construction sites. Founded in 1997 by Kenji Ito and headquartered in Tokyo's Minato ward, the company formerly known as Regolith, Inc. changed its name to SpiderPlus & Co. in September 2020 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 2021 as the first construction DX stock; it operates with around 176-250 employees and focuses on domestic and international expansion including AI, BIM, robotics, drones, AR, and VR integrations. In May 2025, SpiderPlus & Co. launched a strategic partnership with Belong Co., Ltd. to supply mid-range smartphones and tablets via sales, rentals, and buybacks to support SPIDERPLUS adoption and construction DX amid labor shortages and overtime regulations; the company issued a consolidated earnings forecast for fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 in February 2025 and continues business expansion efforts despite profitability challenges.
