In November 2024, Sun A.Kaken completed the acquisition of Resonac Holdings Corporation's surface protection film business, including contracts, patent rights, technical know-how and equipment, following an agreement signed on August 7, 2024, to expand its functional materials portfolio and enhance competitiveness through strategic collaboration.
