Business
Harmony Acquisitions Corp. is a Canada-based capital pool company focused on identifying, evaluating, and acquiring operating businesses or assets with the objective of completing a qualifying transaction pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange. Operating within the financial and corporate acquisition sector, the company targets private commercial enterprises across diverse industries seeking direct access to Canadian public capital markets through reverse takeover structures. Harmony Acquisitions Corp. provides specialized capital formation and transaction execution services, encompassing target identification and commercial due diligence assessments; reverse takeover structuring and amalgamation negotiation; regulatory compliance, filing, and exchange listing facilitation; and public shell capitalization and treasury management. Incorporated in May 2021, the company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and directs its investment activities across North America. In recent developments, Harmony Acquisitions Corp. signed a letter of intent in August 2026 to complete a reverse takeover transaction with Vimy Pharmaceuticals Inc., an Ontario-based pharmaceutical manufacturer, which will serve as its Qualifying Transaction and result in a corporate renaming to Vimy Pharmaceuticals Corp. under the TSXV ticker symbol VIMY. Concurrently, the company announced a brokered private placement of subscription receipts to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately 10 million CAD to fund the combined entity, which values Vimy Pharmaceuticals at an enterprise value of approximately 80 million CAD. Furthermore, in July 2026, the company executed corporate governance changes with the appointment of Zachary Goldenberg as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Raymond D. Harari.
