Tritax EuroBox plc was formerly a specialist investment trust concentrating on high-quality, large-scale logistics real estate assets, often referred to as "Big Boxes," situated across continental Europe. It previously focused on acquiring and managing properties integral to the supply chain for diverse occupiers, including major retailers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers. The portfolio concentrated on established European logistics hubs, strategically located near significant population centers and benefiting from strong labor availability. However, as of December 2024, Tritax EuroBox plc has been acquired by Titanium Ruth Bidco Limited, a company indirectly owned by one of Brookfield's real estate private funds. Following this acquisition, its shares were delisted from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and it now operates as part of Brookfield Asset Management's extensive global logistics holdings. The previous investment approach aimed to deliver income growth by targeting various asset categories, including foundation assets, value-add opportunities, growth covenant assets, and strategic land.
