T2 Metals Corp. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of copper, zinc, gold, silver and other base- and precious-metal prospects in North America. T2 Metals conducts mineral-property evaluation, geological mapping, geochemical soil and rock sampling, geophysical surveying, drilling, resource estimation and related exploration activities, and targets prospective mineral districts in Canada and the United States. The Company was founded on March 21, 1997 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Recent developments include the acquisition of the Aurora gold-silver project in Yukon during 2026; completion of a non-brokered private placement that raised approximately C$7.44 million in aggregate during 2026; the filing of an independent NI 43-101 technical report and mineral resource estimate for the Sherridon project, reporting indicated resources of 10.04 million tonnes at 1.0% copper equivalent and inferred resources of 18.15 million tonnes at 1.7% copper equivalent; completion of helicopter-borne aeromagnetic and radiometric surveying and broader field exploration at Shanghai; and commencement of the first surface diamond-drilling program at the Shanghai project in September 2026.
