Business
Tower Resources Ltd. (TWR.V) is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on the discovery and advancement of economic mineral deposits, primarily gold, silver, and copper, in British Columbia. The company holds key exploration assets including the Rabbit North orogenic gold and porphyry copper-gold project, comprising over 34 mineral tenures covering 16,400 hectares in the Kamloops mining district between the New Afton copper-gold and Highland Valley copper mines; the Nechako gold-silver project, encompassing 10 mineral tenures totaling 2,975 hectares in the Nechako Plateau region near Artemis Gold's Blackwater project; and the More Creek epithermal gold project, covering five mineral tenures totaling 6,430 hectares on the critical red line structural zone in the Golden Triangle district of northwest British Columbia. Incorporated in 1988 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Tower Resources operates exclusively in the Americas with a focus on low-cost exploration of prospective projects in natural resource segments targeting precious and base metals. In November 2025, the company closed the final tranche of a non-brokered flow-through private placement, issuing 6,228,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $1,557,000 to fund Canadian Exploration Expenses, primarily a 3,000-meter diamond drilling program on the Rabbit North property. Previously known as Tower Energy Ltd., it changed its name to Tower Resources Ltd. in September 2011.
