- State Street SPDR UC Investments 90/10 Endowment Strategy Index ETF is a U.S.-listed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment results corresponding generally, before fees and expenses, to the total return performance of the UC Investments 90/10 Endowment Strategy Index. The fund provides a rules-based asset-allocation investment product combining broad U.S. large-cap equity exposure and short-duration U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade corporate bond exposure; allocates 90% to the S&P 500 Index and 10% to the S&P U.S. Investment Grade Corporate Bond 1-3 Year Index; offers exposure to S&P 500 constituent companies and investment-grade corporate bonds with remaining maturities of one to three years; and rebalances quarterly to restore its target equity and fixed-income weights. The ETF may use representative sampling rather than holding every underlying index constituent, is non-diversified, distributes income quarterly, and carries a gross annual expense ratio of 0.06%. It is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc., administered by State Street Global Advisors Funds Management Inc., and distributed by State Street Global Advisors Funds Distributors, LLC, affiliates of State Street Corporation, a Boston, Massachusetts-headquartered financial-services company founded in 1792. UC Investments, the investment organization of the University of California, serves as the index provider, with S&P Dow Jones Indices sponsoring the underlying equity and bond component indexes. UCBG commenced operations on September 1, 2026 and began trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker UCBG on September 2, 2026. Its principal markets are U.S. institutional, intermediary and individual investors seeking liquid, low-cost exposure to a long-term public-markets allocation modeled on UC Investments’ endowment strategy. In September 2026, State Street Investment Management launched the fund in collaboration with UC Investments and received a $2.5 billion anchor investment from UC Investments, which State Street characterized as the largest U.S.-listed ETF launch; the launch expanded State Street’s SPDR ETF range with an institutional-style 90% equity and 10% fixed-income endowment strategy previously associated with UC’s internal investment programs.
