Corgi UMC 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, exchange-traded fund launched and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco, California. The Fund, trading under the ticker UMCX on Cboe BZX Exchange, seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the daily performance of United Microelectronics Corporation common stock (NYSE: UMC). UMCX provides single-stock leveraged exposure through total return swaps and other financial instruments rather than direct holdings of UMC shares; cash, cash equivalents, U.S. government obligations and money-market instruments may be used for collateral, liquidity and portfolio-management purposes. The Fund is designed for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term leveraged exposure to the Taiwan-based semiconductor foundry company, and resets its exposure each trading day; consequently, returns for periods longer than one day may differ materially from twice the cumulative return of UMC because of compounding and volatility. Corgi UMC 2x Daily ETF charges a 0.45% expense ratio and is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services provides administration and transfer-agency services. The Fund commenced operations and was listed on June 24, 2026, representing Corgi’s expansion into single-stock leveraged ETFs and the introduction of what the issuer describes as the first ETF designed to provide 2x daily exposure to UMC.
