In recent developments, Unitech completed the divestment of its wholly-owned subsidiary Unitech Power Transmission Limited to Auro Infra Private Limited for approximately Rs. 51 crore in March 2025, following Supreme Court approval; issued audited financial results for FY 2024-25 on May 29, 2025, reporting a consolidated net loss of Rs. 309.96 crore; received occupation certificates for over 1,000 flats and EWS units in Gurugram projects including Uniworld Garden-II, The Residences, and The Close in early 2023; and continues under a government-appointed board per Supreme Court directives since 2020 to complete stalled projects amid ongoing resolution framework proceedings and homebuyer refund-to-possession options as of November 2025.
