Cosevco Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: DCR) is a Vietnam-based building materials manufacturer primarily engaged in the production, marketing, and distribution of ceramic and granite tiles under the DACERA brand name. The company operates through three principal business segments: Ceramic Tiles, Mineral Exploitation, and Construction Services. Its product portfolio comprises ceramic wall tiles in various dimensions and glazed finishes; glazed porcelain and vitrified granite floor tiles; sugar-glazed relief tiles and vintage patterned tiles; decorative border, corner, and accent tiles; heavy-duty exterior and garden paving tiles; as well as processed non-metallic industrial minerals, including industrial clay and feldspar used as manufacturing feedstock. Additionally, the company provides civil and industrial construction engineering services and wholesale trading of building materials. Cosevco Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company manufactures its product lines utilizing automated production machinery sourced from SACMI (Italy), supporting an annual output capacity of approximately 4.5 million square meters. The company distributes its products to residential developers, commercial builders, contractors, and retail consumers across Vietnam through a national distribution network supported by regional branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Quang Ngai, and Vinh, alongside export shipments to international markets including Japan and Thailand. In recent developments, the company executed corporate governance and leadership reorganizations for the 2024–2029 term, including electing new members to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board following its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Concurrently, the company underwent notable equity restructuring as private major shareholders expanded their equity stakes, while management implemented operational realignments, cost-optimization programs, and distribution channel enhancements to navigate regulatory exchange oversight and strengthen manufacturing margins. Originally established in 1981 and commencing ceramic manufacturing operations in 1996 under the Vietnam Construction and Building Material Corporation (COSEVCO), the company completed its corporate equitization in 2007 and maintains its headquarters in Da Nang, Vietnam.
