- Machinery Spare Parts No1 Joint Stock Co (UPCOM: FT1), operating under the trade name FUTU1, is a Vietnam-based industrial manufacturing company specializing in precision mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, and the production of components for automotive, motorcycle, agricultural, and industrial machinery applications. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam, the company operates as a major manufacturing subsidiary of Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation (VEAM).
The company operates through four primary product and service segments: motorcycle and automotive components; engine and agricultural machinery parts; industrial transmission components; and metallurgical and mechanical processing services. Its core product and service portfolio includes automotive and motorcycle powertrain and chassis parts, such as transmission gears, camshafts, crankshafts, connecting rods, driven sprockets, starter shafts, wheel hubs, brake drums, and steering knuckles; engine and agricultural machinery components, including diesel engine cylinder liners, piston pins, engine blocks, tillage blades, harvester components, and transmission gearboxes; industrial transmission and mechanical products, comprising heavy-duty industrial sprockets, spur gears, bevel gears, conveyor drives, and shaft couplings; and specialized metal processing solutions, featuring hot die forging, cold forging, iron and steel casting, precision multi-axis CNC machining, metal stamping, and specialized heat treatment services such as carburizing, induction hardening, and nitriding.
Machinery Spare Parts No1 Joint Stock Co primarily serves global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 automotive and motorcycle assemblers operating within Vietnam and across international markets in Asia, Europe, and North America. The company maintains long-standing supplier relationships with major global brands, including Honda Vietnam, Yamaha Motor, Piaggio, Showa, KYB, and Panasonic, alongside supplying spare parts to the domestic agricultural and industrial machinery sectors.
In recent operations, the company has undertaken strategic modernizations across its manufacturing infrastructure, investing in automated multi-axis CNC machining centers, advanced coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and modernized induction heat treatment lines to elevate precision standards and accommodate localization demands from multinational vehicle manufacturers. To capture emerging opportunities in the mobility transition, the company has expanded its engineering and prototyping capabilities toward high-precision components suitable for electric two-wheelers and hybrid vehicle platforms. In addition, the enterprise has upgraded its casting and forging facilities to improve raw material efficiency, decrease energy consumption, and meet increasingly stringent global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance standards, while integrating digital manufacturing and enterprise resource planning systems across its Song Cong production plants to optimize supply chain execution and operational productivity.
