KIGIMEX organizes its operations into three core business divisions: Food Processing and Export, Seafood Processing, and Petroleum Trading. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises: processed and polished rice varieties, including high-grade fragrant rice, ST25 specialty rice, long-grain white rice across various broken-grain grades (5%, 10%, 15%, and 25%), jasmine rice, and glutinous rice; value-added seafood products, consisting of crispy fried anchovies, seasoned baby anchovies, and dried white sardines prepared in assorted consumer-ready flavor varieties such as salted egg, cheese, passion fruit, pineapple, and tamarind; and petroleum distribution services, encompassing the bulk storage, terminal warehousing, wholesale distribution, and retail sales of automotive diesel, motor gasoline, and lubricants through an established regional network of fuel storage depots and service stations. KIGIMEX maintains extensive industrial infrastructure across the Mekong Delta region, including five specialized rice milling and export processing factories with an annual capacity of 240,000 to 360,000 metric tons, a specialized seafood processing plant with an annual output of 1,400 metric tons of finished goods, and a petroleum warehouse facility with a storage capacity of 20,000 to 30,000 cubic meters. The company serves domestic commercial, industrial, and consumer markets while exporting food products internationally to regions across Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. In recent company developments, KIGIMEX has expanded its international export volumes by successfully securing major international rice export tenders, notably delivering contracted grain shipments to state procurement agencies such as Bulog in Indonesia and expanding distribution partnerships across regional markets. In addition, the company has completed operational rationalization initiatives to enhance processing margins and inventory efficiency, achieving a five-year record net profit growth in 2025, maintaining consistent annual cash dividend distributions to shareholders through 2026, and deepening its supply chain integration with parent entity Vinafood II.
